You’ve got the vision & started planning— we’ll take it from there!

You’ve done the planning, and now you want to make sure everything runs smoothly on the big day. We step in 12 weeks before your wedding to tie up loose ends, confirm all the details, and manage the logistics so you can truly be present.

This package is perfect for the couple that have the planning process handled but know they can't be in a million places at once on the day of to execute everything currently planned. We will focus on getting up to speed on everything planned and tying up any loose ends. We will ensure that all aspects of your day are running smoothly from floor plan and timeline creation to decor set up & vendor management of the day and everything in between. This includes full decor set up.

To add to any booked service or to be used stand alone. Think anything from assistance planning pre-wedding events such as bachelorette parties to welcome parties so wedding website creation to and floral design! Anything you can think of, we are here to help make this as seamless for you as possible.

Q: How far in advance should I book services?
A: We recommend booking services at least 6 to 18 months in advance to ensure availability and ample time for planning.

Q: Do you have a recommended vendor list?
A:Yes, we'd be happy to share after contract is complete! Although, we understand and know that not every vendor is right for every couple so we will help curate your vendor team to align with your vision. We have extensive connections within the industry and can speak first hand on many different vendors.

Q: Do you charge a travel fee?
A: For Locations 50 miles from our home studio in Montpelier, Vermont we do require a 1-2 night stay depending on full wekeend needs.

Q: What are next steps after we inquire?
A: Once we see your inquiry come through, we will connect to schedule a consultation to discuss where you are at in your wedding planning journey and go detail overall vision. From there depending on budget & overall expectations we will secure contract and share collaboration documents to kick start working together!
